Schedule
- Shared hospital and ambulatory clinic duties with other PAs including night and weekend call
- 10 hour day shifts, 7 days per week
Clinical Details
- Responsibilities include:
- First assisting in cardiac and thoracic surgery including endoscopic saphenous vein harvesting
- Managing post-operative care from intensive care unit until office follow up appointment
- Managing mechanical circulatory supports devices including, but not limited to intra aortic balloon pump, impella and ECMO
- Evaluating and dictating consults, history and physicals, and discharge summaries
Requirements
- Idaho license or IMLC
- Must have proof of COVID-19 Vaccine
- Please make sure you have the following items readily available for your provider at the time of acceptance in order to expedite the credentialing process
- MD diploma
- Internship/residency/fellowship certs
- All medical licenses
- DEA
- Board Certification
- Life support cards- BLS
- Current and previous certificates of insurance
- Drivers license

- Immunization records including TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, and COVID
