OPEN POSITION:
Physician - Plastic/Cosmetic Surgeon
SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
- Occasional Saturdays, 9:30am to 12:30pm
- No On-Call
COMPENSATION:
- $450,000 Guaranteed Salary + Incentive Bonuses
- Up to $600,000 Total Annual Income
- 1099 Independent Contractor Status
LOCATION:
Lauderhill, Florida
COMPANY PROFILE:
This organization first opened its doors in 2004 and, today, employs 6 talented medical providers, offering a wide variety of plastic surgery and aesthetic services in a comforting, high-end environment. They are one of the busiest elective surgery centers in the country and are currently hiring due to growth.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This is a standard, private practice plastic surgery position that will involve:
- consultations
- surgeries
- follow-up patient care
The new surgeon will, on average, have 3 cases per day, all prepped and supported by dedicated clinical support staff members, in an unhurried, relaxed environment.
The practice manages all marketing, administrative, and staffing responsibilities, ensuring that surgeons are able to concentrate solely on excellent patient care and results.
The practice uses Nextech and Salesforce for their technology solutions.
Physicians with existing practices who are interested in selling or partnering in order to maintain their current set-up but relieve themselves of administrative responsibilities are welcome to apply, including outside of the Lauderhill area.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Florida medical license
- DEA
- appropriate malpractice coverage
- Board Certified or Eligible, Plastic Surgery
- no experience required
- Spanish or Portuguese language skills a plus
