With its small-town friendliness, La Quinta is a peaceful and relaxing community. However, it is also a year-round, multi-recreational and destination resort community enjoyed by visitors and residents alike. La Quinta enjoys low humidity combined with an abundant 350+ days of sunshine annually. In La Quinta the “good life” can be found in abundance. It is a great place to live, work, play, or raise a family.

La Quinta’s real estate developments are also newer than most area cities. In the coming years, it is likely that La Quinta will become the new center of the greater Palm Springs area, as development continues eastward toward the Salton Sea.
