The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley School of Medicine, established in 2015 and located in the heart of the Rio Grande Valley of Texas, a semi-tropical area known for rich culture, wildlife and economical living conditions, is expanding rapidly. The UTRGV SOM prioritizes social responsibility, respect, dignity, advocacy and community service – with a mission to improve health, and life, at the individual and community levels.
We are seeking a Head and Neck Surgical Oncologist. The Departmental goal is to expand the clinical practice across the lower Rio Grande Valley and develop outstanding educational and scholarly activities for medical students and a growing Surgical program. Demonstration of strong commitment to the education of residents and medical students is essential.

Applicants must be BC/BE in Otolaryngology and sub-specialty, possess or be eligible for a Texas medical license, qualified to hold a faculty appointment in the UTRGV School of Medicine and appropriate hospital staff appointments. Demonstration of strong commitment to the education of residents and medical students is essential. Academic rank will be awarded commensurate with academic credentials.
