A premier health system is recruiting for a B/C Neurosurgery Physician for a leadership role in the practice to take the Neurosurgery program to a new level and working with to two B/C Neurosurgeons. The practice is part of Multi Specialty Group owned and managed by a premier Health system. The Neurosurgery Physicians provide services at three Medical Centers in Indianapolis and the suburbs. Their office is in located in downtown Indianapolis, IN . The Call is shared equally 1-3. There is an established referral base from more than 50 primary care physicians in the Medical Group. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, outgoing, and energetic physician to work in a collegial environment with strong administrative support. They own and operate 35 practices across central Indiana covering a variety of primary care and specialty care. The Health System doctors are involved in revolutionary procedures including Da Vinci robotic surgery, XLIF minimally invasive spinal fusion surgery, laser treatments and clinical trials. The Medical Group is a physician-led organization whose doctors work in every level of administration, committees’ leaders, and Medical Group physicians.
