We have a client in Arizona that is in need of a board certified/eligible neurosurgeon to join their team.
Details Include:
- Unknown volume as this is a new position
- Income guarantee for 1 year with 3 year forgiveness period
- Solo practice
-Flexible call
- 10 Surgery suites
- Annual cases unknown as this is a new practice; possibly 100-350
Financial Package:
- Starting salary based on MGMA median
- Other compensation includes practice management consulting services, relocation reimbursement, sign-on bonus, EMR and marketing assistance.
- Income guarantee package includes salary, rent, utilities, malpractice, assistance with benefits, support salaries and benefits and supplies.
Additional Information:
- Physician will be very welcomed in the community. Currently there is only one neurosurgeon in the county
- Payor mix is 52% Medicare, 7% managed care, 15% Medicaid, 2% commercial, 5% HMO, 12% Blue Cross and 7% other.
- Office space available within walking distance to the hospital.
- Very large referral base, including primary and secondary markets.
