- They are building the service line and looking for 2 neurosurgeons.
- Call will be 1:2 initially.
- Coverage is currently provided through University of Texas San Antonio.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to build, grow, and manage the neurosurgery needs in South Texas.

- Inpatient acute rehab
- Inpatient and outpatient support with neurosciences team and by physician extenders
- Outpatient stroke support system
- RAPID software
- First Hospital System in San Antonio to become Stroke Certified in Primary and Comprehensive
- BC/BE (American Board of Neurological Surgery) Neurological Surgery
- Their system of care includes six full-service hospitals, a specialized children's hospital with a dedicated pediatric emergency unit, a comprehensive cancer care network, fitness and rehabilitation centers, urgent care clinics, a physician network, imaging centers, ambulatory services and the Baptist School of Health Professions
