Our client located in the Eastern Nebraska area is seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon with strong interest in general orthopedics and joint replacement for a Hospital employed position. This is an opportunity to join a Sound Hospital system with a tenured staff in a state of the art facility. The need is due to the retirement of two retired Surgeons. There are currently two FT surgeons, 3 PT, 1 Podiatrist, and two Physician Assistants in the clinic.

Responsibilities of the Orthopedic Surgery Physician

  • Perform a combination of general Orthopedic and total Joint procedures
  • 5 operating rooms, one will be a hybrid room
  • Mako Robotic-Arm assisted Surgery System for total knee, total hip and partial knee replacement

Minimum Requirements of the Orthopedic Surgery Physician

  • Nebraska Medical license or eligible to obtain
  • All current certifications
  • Ability to work collegially with both support and professional medical staff
