General Surgery Vacation Coverage | Locums Job for July 7-12 in Minnesota

Dates of Coverage: July 7 through July 12 + ongoing vacation coverage dates as needed

Description/Requirements for Assignment #79476:
* Active Minnesota license required
* Board Certified General Surgery, BLS, ACLS, ATLS and DEA required
* Local candidates within driving distance (no flight costs) required
* Looking for physicians with clean malpractice/background for quick credentialing at this time
* 24 hour call coverage shifts, typically 0-2 consults, 0-1 patients seen, 0-1 admission per shift and 0-2 patients in med surg for rounding
* Must be comfortable with adult, pediatrics, low level trauma, chest wall procedures, breast surgery, chest tube insertion, vascular access devices, cholecystectomy, hernioplasty, appendectomy and scopes (upper, lower, sigmoidoscopy colonoscopy)
