A general surgeon is needed at a hospital in Maine to replace due to succession planning. This position has a call of 1:4 and everything after that is paid. The patient volume is 2.5K office visits yearly, 350 surgeries (5-day workweek), and OR block time will be 1 full day and a half block another day. The incoming surgeon will see a full scope of general surgery cases. They welcome experienced candidates and new graduates who are board certified or board eligible.
