Chief of Surgical Oncology - in Connecticut
StartDate: ASAP
Yale School of Medicine Department of Surgery’s Division of Surgical Oncology is seeking a full-time academic surgical oncologist to serve as its Section Chief of Surgical Oncology, HPB & Mixed Tumors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional clinical hepatobiliary skills. Laparoscopic and robotic experience is an advantage but not a requirement.

- Aid in building a wide-ranging practice in surgical oncology
- Care for patients with Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary and other GI disease as well as melanoma, sarcoma, and peritoneal disease
- The incoming candidate must be board-certified and must have completed a fellowship in surgical oncology
- Clinical work is included in this role, as well
- Research funding is preferred but not required
