Rural Physicians Group (RPG) is a mission-driven hospitalist and surgicalist group that provides a solution to the healthcare crisis facing rural communities across the United States – and we want you to join us!
RPG offers opportunities that allow hospitalists and surgicalists to provide quality care while maintaining clinical autonomy with flexible scheduling options. Additionally, there are no relocation requirements – surgicalists simply travel to our program locations and stay on-site for the duration of their shifts. RPG hospitalists and surgicalists manage their own work/life balance and choose as many or as few shifts as they would like, with full time physicians earning $350K-$500K each year with a competitive daily stipend, keeping their own collections and having malpractice insurance covered by RPG.
*25 Bed, critical access facility
*Ideal candidate will have a CA license
*EMR - Cerner
*Normal Bread and Butter Procedures
*Credentialing in 60-90 Days
*Board Certified or Board Eligible
*Locations of programs include: AZ, CA, CO, ID, IN, KS, MI, MN, MO, NV, OK, OR, PA, TX, WA, WI, WV, WY
