Coastal CT - Chair, Department of Surgery Opportunity!
The Practice:
Seeking Board Certified Surgeon to assume the clinical, quality and administrative leadership of the Department.
Qualifications:
Board Certification in a Surgical Specialty is Required
Excellent clinician with management/organizational experience
Strong clinical skills, collaborative management style and excellent communication abilities
Administrative responsibilities will require 2 days per week.
Provide input into the operational, strategic and financial management of the Department.
Ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory standards, policies and procedures.
Participate in the planning process for the development and implementation of programs and services.
Participate in call (frequency depends on specialty)
Strong compensation plus WRVU bonus plan, Relocation Allowance, Loan repayment
Excellent Benefit Package and Paid Time Off, Malpractice provided and paid, One week CME provided on an individual basis
