· Must be able to work 2 weeks straight a month

· 15-20 Clinic patients per day

· EMR: Hospital-Meditech; Clinic-Athena

REQUIRED:

· OK state license; active, unrestricted

· Board Certified; Board Eligible considered

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing and transportation needs, etc.)
