Top Docs, Inc., a 17 year veteran in the locum tenens placement industry, has a need for a General Surgery physician to work at the Indian Health Service in Chinle, AZ.

Position January 1, 2020 and goes through March 31, 2020 with (3) three month possible extensions
-
Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
-
Week night, weekend, and holiday call required

Provide outpatient and inpatient surgery
Documents needed:

Any valid and unrestricted state medical license

Federal DEA (schedule type II - V)

3 peer references Letters (one must be a director or supervisor in the most recent assignment)

CPR, BLS, PALS, ACLS and ATLS Certification
