Due to a pending retirement, an independent, non-profit hospital located in southwest Wisconsin is currently seeking an experienced BE/BC General Surgeon to join their team.

Opportunity:

• The Physician will service an area of approximately 20K all with a 35-minute proximity
• 2 days a week are spent in the clinic; 12-20 patients per day: Hours 8:30-5 M-F
• Option to add weekend clinic hours
• Call is 1:2 days per week and every other weekend; call volume is mostly for trauma
• C-Sections Optional
• Sign-on Bonus of $50,000 amortized over five years.
• Year 1&2 guarantee $425,000.
