A medical center in Mississippi needs an additional general surgeon. They are adding another physician to their staff due to an increase in patient volume. The schedule is in blocks with 1:2 weekly call, and you can expect to see all bread and butter general surgery cases including scopes. You will be supported by advanced practice providers and another/a few/other specialist/physician. The group/facility welcomes both board certified and board eligible candidates. If you do not have an active MS medical license, CompHealth has a team dedicated to help you obtain one.

This position offers a guaranteed compensation package and bonuses. You will also receive relocation assistance, a sign-on bonus, a comprehensive medical benefits package, 25 days of PTO, CME time, a retirement plan, and malpractice coverage.
