- This is an employed position
- Must be USA board certified for consideration
- Bread & butter general surgery practice in small, rural community supporting local hospital
- Solo practice-you would be the only general surgery practitioner in community.
- Established practice in operation since 2014.
- Workload averages 1100+ surgical procedures annually.
- Historical workload has included a lot of bread and butter surgeries (gall bladder, appendix, hernia repair, biopsies) along with upper and lower endoscopic work due to no GI coverage in town.
- Call is 15 nights per month; Surgeon?s response time when on call is 60 ? 90 minutes.
- Minimum 2 year contract (3 year preferable) with base salary +quality and productivity incentives.
- Estimated compensation range $350,000 - $425,000
