- Clinic and call
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- 20 patients per day
- Weekday call coverage - phone consult 1-2x per day
- Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
- EMR: Cerner

- Board Certified
