A clinic in North Carolina is looking for a general surgeon who can provide locum tenens coverage for approximately 6 months starting early December with a chance of an extension into a permanent role. The provider will work Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will be on night and weekend calls which vary in rotation with 2 other physicians. The provider will see between 20 and 25 adult patients per day. The facility uses Athenahealth and Meditech EHR and will offer training.
