The Practice:
Seeking a well-trained, BC/BE General Surgeon to join an employed position!
Call 1:3
Four-day work week
Hospital pays for nursing/reception staff salaries and benefits and manages staffing issues for the physicians
Very competitive base plus bonus compensation for RVUs in excess of agreed threshold
Practice commencement bonus or student loan repayment assistance, pension, vacation time - 4 weeks for first 3 years and 5 weeks thereafter
Signing bonus, relocation reimbursement and CME
Comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, disability, and a 401K retirement plan
Hospital pays all incidental expenses, including malpractice, licensure, DEA, CSR, Indiana State Medical Association dues, etc.
