North Carolina hospital owned physician group (90 physicians) is in need of two general surgeons
North Carolina hospital owned physician group (90 physicians) is in need of two general surgeons
- They are acquiring a general surgery practice of 4 surgeons
- One is retiring; 1 other is on medical leave
- Bread and butter general surgery cases
- Starting call would be 1:3 and go to 1:4 in January
- MGMA median salary in the $400K range
- This is a 2 year income guarantee
- Then go on WRVU productivity
- $30K signing bonus
- Comprehensive benefits package including retirement matching
- Service area population of 500K
- There is a regional airport
- Located in coastal Carolina
