Located in the Katahdin Region of Maine, we have an opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopaedic Surgeon. We welcome a fellowship trained Physician who wants to practice general Orthopaedics as well as Sports Medicine.

• This position requires the Orthopaedic Surgeon to provide both office and surgical services at two hospitals within the Katahdin Region. Requirements and responsibilities include: physical examination, diagnose and surgical treatment of musculoskeletal diseases and sports-related injuries; perform surgical intervention to immobilize fractures by using such devices as braces, pins, casts and splints; and perform surgical procedures including total hip and total knee replacements, knee and shoulder arthroscopy, fracture repair, tendon repair, sports medicine, and carpal tunnel procedures.
