General Surgery Opportunity in Wisconsin- Close to Green Bay!
The Practice:
· A Medical Center is seeking a BE/BC General Surgeon in a full-time, employed position!
· Employed, bread and butter General surgery practice with breast surgery and some trauma -- Adult and some peds
· Take over an existing patient load and join the current surgeon of 17 years in a successful practice – Call 1:3
· Clinic is located in the medical office building attached to 99-bed Medical Center- inpatient and outpatient surgical suites are in the same building.
· Procedures: Laparoscopic surgery, Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, Breast, Chest tube insertion, Head/neck (+ thyroid) preferred, Vascular access devices preferred
· >1,200 inpatient and outpatient discharges annually ---- ED is a Trauma Level III … ~21,000 visits annually
· 24/7 coverage by 3 MDAs working with 4 CRNAs -- Anesthesia care team approach
· Paid time off (PTO) of 30 days + 6 legal holidays + 5 days paid time off for CME = 41 Days PTO Annually!
