A physician-led community hospital in Texas is searching for a General Surgeon to join an established and growing high-volume service line and no competition in a culturally vibrant Texas community.
Opportunity:
Healthy combination of general bread and butter cases, scoping, and the opportunity for additional clinical interest.
93 bed, Not-For-Profit, level IV trauma center
2 days blocked OR and 2.5 days in clinic
Time is protected with only 10 days of paid call per month!
Compensation:
$575,000 guaranteed YR 1 includes salary guarantee, call pay, and recruitment incentives
$66,000 in Call Pay
3 year salary guarantee + wRVU Production Bonus + 10% Quality Bonus
Comprehensive benefits: 6 weeks PTO, $5,000 CME
Sign-on and relocation allowance & retirement with 100% employer match
