General Surgeon with Scopes Locums Job in Virginia | Starting September and Ongoing
Facility in western Virginia is in need of a General Surgeon to assist with clinic/surgery days starting in September 2022 and ongoing indefinitely. The ideal candidate would be able to commit to 2-4 weeks per month for minimally one year.
Specific dates of coverage: Seeking Monday - Friday clinic/OR coverage starting in September, no night or weekend call coverage requirements. You can go home each weekend if that is your preference
-- Active & unrestricted Virginia medical license required
-- Current Board Certification or true Eligibility required
-- Clinic & Surgery days only
-- Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm, no call – Hospitalist program in place that covers each evening and weekend
-- Bread & butter General Surgery + upper/lower scopes required
-- Small rural facility, CPSI EMR
