Job Description

Hospital in central Illinois is recruiting a General Surgeon to join three other very successful Surgeons. Enjoy state-of-the-art operating facilities including newly renovated surgical suites and outpatient surgery center equipped with minimally invasive equipment and a da Vinci Surgical System. They are conveniently located in a newly constructed multi-specialty clinic attached to the hospital.

Hospital Employee .  1:4 Call Ratio.   Annual Salary.  WRVU production incentives.  Signing Bonus available, contact us for details.  Relocation Bonus available.  CME time and $5,000 available.  Health, life, dental, and disability insurance.  Pension, 403b (matched) and 457b retirement plans.  20 days PTO and six paid holidays.  Unlimited compensation potential with wRVU bonuses.  Guaranteed salary plan (for two years) plus productivity bonus.
