Brand new Trauma and Acute Care Surgery program is seeking an experienced leader for the only regional trauma center along the southeastern coast of Massachusetts to develop and grow a new program in a geographic area of need.


Practice Details

  • 5-15 years' experience is preferred
  • ABS certificate in Surgery with added qualifications in Surgical Critical Care
  • ATLS certification
  • Leadership and management experience desired
  • Opportunity and expectation to transition to Chief of the Division within the next 3 years
  • Join existing group of 5 fellowship trained Trauma/ACS surgeons
  • ACS Verified Level II Trauma Program
  • 24/7 support from advanced practice providers
  • Emergency Department sees over 90,000 patients annually
  • Significant volume of both blunt and penetrating trauma
