New Critical Care Surgery Locum Job in Oregon

Our client in Oregon is searching for a Critical Care Surgeon to assist with coverage until new providers start in the Summer of 2022.

Dates of coverage needed currently:
--November 1-November 7
--November 29-December 5
--December 18, 19th and 20
--December 27-January 2

Description/Requirements for Assignment #82724:
* Must be Board Certified in Critical Care to be considered
* Coverage need: currently the above dates, shift is 7AM-7PM
* In-house coverage of med/surg and critical care unit
* Type of patients seen: Medical, including COVID, some uncomplicated surgical patients
* 12-bed unit, but can overflow with two patients per room if needed (current census is 14)
* Critical Care attending does all admits and the hospitalist admits at night
* Level III trauma hospital
* Support staff; Hospitalist, Anesthesia and General Surgery
* Code response: ED, hospitalist, intensivist
* EMR: EPIC
