DESCRIPTION:

August 5-8 Days

August 15- 19 Nights

The day shift is back up call for the night shift occurring immediately after the day shift

The night shift is back up call for the day shift preceding the night shift (not shift is almost never called in as daytime back up)

REQUIRED:

· IN state license; active, unrestricted

· American Board Certified in Surgical Critical Care

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)

· Malpractice insurance provided

SCHEDULE:

· Day shift: 7AM - 5PM

· Night shift: 5PM - 7AM (next day)
