- Base salary plus RVU.

The Practice:
- The hospital maintains 3 O.R.s and 1 cystoscopy room
- General Surgeons perform 100% of the endoscopies in this region of Texas
- Average 4-6 cases Surgical Days.
- 10 patients per day Clinic.
