CompHealth is currently assisting an established California practice with their search for a colorectal surgeon. This position is full time joining a hospital-based practice. Your schedule will be 2 days of outpatient clinic, seeing 15 to 20 patients per day, and 2 to 3 days for inpatient/procedures. The inpatient volumes are typically 7 to 8 colorectal cases and 2 to 3 laparoscopic cases per day. Laparoscopic and minimally invasive experience is a plus. The hospital has a da Vinci robot with a rotating table. You will work with dedicated advanced practice providers, medical assistants, and a collaborative staff. They welcome candidates that are board certified or board eligible and fellowship trained in colon and rectal surgery.
This hospital-employed opportunity has a generous compensation package with a salary guarantee for 2 years plus bonus.
