Colorectal Surgeon needed in Southern CA
- Need is due to retirement
- 50% colorectal; 50% general surgery cases
- Hospital based practice
- They have the volume and clinics established for a doc to come in and see patients and build their cases
- Huge volume of GI patients.
- Currently they have a part-time/experienced CRS who is going to stay on to mentor.
- He will retire when the Doc is up and running.
- The CRS is in addition to the 4 GS (they have 2, and are recruiting for 2 more) + the trauma team.
- The CRS will help build the GS Residency Program.
- There is little/no call.
- The current CRS takes call for their two GS when he works Tues/Wed/Thurs each week but it is phone calls.
- There is one community CRS in town.
