Ascension Healthcare, the nation's largest nonprofit health system is seeking BC/BE Cardiac Surgeons to join medical group practices in Milwaukee & Racine, Wisconsin.
Practice Details:
- Exciting opportunity to partner with Ascension Wisconsin to build a world-class cardiovascular program serving the state, with dedicated hubs in Milwaukee, Racine and Weston, Wisconsin
- Join an established team of surgeons with full APP support to assist with rounding and consults, plus exceptional surgical support staff and a large referral network
- Cardiovascular Institute boasts dedicated CVORs with access to minimally invasive equipment and brand new $5.2m Hybrid Operating Room
Compensation Details:
- Competitive compensation package offering 2-year guaranteed base salary with incentive bonus and proven earning potential above 75th percentile
- Lucrative six-figure bonus package includes generous sign-on, loan support, and residency stipend for qualifying candidates
- Unmatched benefits include retirement savings options, paid relocation, malpractice insurance, and robust PTO package
