-- California Medical License
-- Board Certification or Board Eligibility within 5 years
-- 24 hour call only, might also need clinic patients covered
-- Mid-Level Support
-- Coverage need: two to four weeks per month ongoing

--September 6 - 16 7am
--October 30 - November 3 7am
--November 27 - December 2 7am
--December 20 - December 30 7am
