Candidate:

• Board Certified
• 3 – 4 years of experience preferred
• Fully trained in all aspects of cardiac surgery
• Significant post-training experience preferred

• Standard term: 5 years

• Dedicated nursing staff w/ dedicated Heart call
• 5 Perfusionists
• Dedicated cardiac anesthesia team
• Open Heart Recovery – 24-hour recovery; staffed with RN’s w/ 10 -15 years service
• Advanced Practitioners in surgery and rounding – PA, NP, RNFA
• Surgical Call: 1:3
