Job Description
Level II Trauma Center located in beautiful Northern California, is looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Breast Surgeon to join a hospital-based practice.
About the Practice:
- The Cancer Center includes medical oncology, radiation oncology, and surgical oncology
- 100% Breast practice – benign and malignant
- 0.8 FTE
- Comprehensive breast program that includes the following:
- Nurse navigator
- Advanced Practitioner support providing cancer risk assessment, testing and counseling
- Surgical PA support
- In-house, breast only medical oncologist
- Shared space with breast radiology offering complete screening, diagnostic and biopsy services
- Affiliation with UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center
- Plastic surgery services that includes expander to implant reconstruction, DIEP, other flaps, oncoplastic reduction mammoplasties
- Weekly Multidisciplinary Breast Cancer Conferences; and participation in clinical trials
- Equally shared call with other fellowship trained breast surgeon

Qualifications:
- Breast Surgery Fellowship Trained only
- Board-Certified/Board Eligible Surgery
- Possess or be eligible for California State License
- Does not qualify for visa sponsorship
