MIS/Bariatric/General Surgeon

Client is seeking a board certified board eligible General Surgeon with Bariatric and minimally invasive experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in bariatric surgery, including gastric bypass, sleeve gastrectomy, and adjustable gastric banding and would be the only bariatric practice in the community. This is a great opportunity to join a single specialty, private general surgery group practice with a 1:5 call schedule providing great work life balance in a beautiful location in north central Montana. Candidate will need to be experienced in trauma and acute care surgery, as Client is a level II trauma center.

Compensation and Benefits This opportunity is a salary guarantee for one year, with the opportunity of partnership after 12-18 months offering comprehensive benefits if you elect private practice. There is also opportunity to work in a hospital employed model with various benefits. Both employment models will be outlined in detail and the candidate can choose what model is ideal for their situation.
