  • Competitive 2-year guarantee at MGMA national median (currently $320,763).
  • After 2 years the compensation is more productivity based, but still has a floor guaranteed at MGMA 25th % tile (currently 85% of the median level)
  • Potential for higher compensation when productivity exceeds guarantee

  • Full-time permanent position
  • Serve as Medical Director of accredited Sleep Lab. Volumes in 2019 were 527 sleep studies with 380 in-Lab studies and 147 home studies.
  • Interpret Sleep studies, direct CPAP titration, diagnose and manage sleep disorders.
  • No call requirement
  • WA state license or able to obtain
  • Outpatient focus
  • All adult patients
  • Inpatient consultations and optional inpatient management
  • Experience is preferred but not required.
  • No Night and weekend call coverage (provided by Hospitalist Service)
