Seeking Sleep medicine physician who will have the interest and ability to become a Medical Director in about a year.

Medical center seeking a Sleep Medicine physician to join our growing outpatient Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine practice. Our team currently has six Pulmonologists, two Nurse Practitioners and an excellent support staff. This position is 100% outpatient. Candidates must have completed a fellowship in Sleep Medicine, and also have completed training in Pulm/CC or Neurology. Medical center in Medford, Oregon is a 378-bed regional referral center that offers a wide range of high-quality medical care to the residents of Southern Oregon.

Highlights of the opportunity include:
- Year 1 - Guaranteed base salary of $335,000
- Year 2 - The higher of the guaranteed base salary or $/wRVU based salary plus performance incentives of up to 16% of base
- Year 3 - $/wRVU based salary plus performance incentives of up to 16% of base
- $50,000 signing bonus
- $15,000 relocation assistance
- $5,000 annual CME allotment

Education: Graduate of an accredited medical school. Successful completion of training in an ACGME accredited Sleep Medicine fellowship program.

License / Certification: MD or DO licensed by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certified from American Heart Association; Board Certified / Eligible in Sleep Medicine by the American Board of Medical Specialties; Must obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges; Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs; Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in hospitals programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
