Sleep Medicine Opportunity at Asante in Medford, Oregon

We are seeking an experienced Sleep Medicine physician to join our growing outpatient Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine practice. Our team currently has six Pulmonologists, two Nurse Practitioners and an excellent support staff. This position is 100% outpatient. Candidates must have completed a fellowship in Sleep Medicine. Highlights of the opportunity include:

Year 1 - Guaranteed base salary of $335,000

Year 2 - The higher of the guaranteed base salary or $/wRVU based salary plus performance incentives of up to 16% of base

Year 3 - $/wRVU based salary plus performance incentives of up to 16% of base

- $50,000 signing bonus

- $15,000 relocation assistance

- $5,000 annual CME allotment

- 240 hours (30 days) of authorized time off per year

Education: Graduate of an accredited medical school. Successful completion of training in an ACGME accredited Sleep Medicine fellowship program.

License / Certification: MD or DO licensed by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certified from American Heart Association; Board Certified / Eligible in Sleep Medicine by the American Board of Medical Specialties; Must obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges; Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs; Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in hospital’s programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
