Inpatient or outpatient: Outpatient/ Inpatient consults
•See own patients in hospital if hospitalist calls them

Compensation Package Overview:
•Salary guarantee for 2 years then RVU Compensation Bonus Model
•Standard health system benefits, vacation, relocation,
Commencement Bonus: and CME Allowance
Practice Details:
•Population Served: 18 and up
Practice Support:
•Administrative Staff: Clinic Manager and Office Supervisor
•Advanced Practice Providers: 1 Nurse Practitioner who sees follow up patients and does injections but does not see new patients
•Medical Assistants: 1 Medical Assistant per Provider
•Patient Service Representatives: 6 total for practice
Clinic Details:
•Location: Springer building
•Number of exam rooms: Each provider has 2 exam rooms (10 exam rooms total)
•Office: Each provider has their own office space
•Hospital consults: Average 1-2 per week but can also go weeks without any consults
•Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm (All providers work 4 ½ days)
•Infusions: Done at SFH Yale campus or Saint Francis Cancer Treatment Center.
•Call:
Hospital:
•1 in every 4 weekends
•Hospitalists handle admits so providers don’t have emergent cases that require them to go in and handle throughout night
Clinic:
•Weekday/weeknight is split between 3 providers
•If you cover weekend call then you have less call during the week
Expected/Current Volume:
•15-20 patients a day, 2-4 new patients per week
