• Start Date: 6/28/2021
• Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-5pm; 8 hour work days. If provider will take weekend call it is only phone call and we can pay them $500/day to be available by phone.
• Call: Call Rotation is 1:7 but they won't join it immediately. When they join the call rotation it is only for phone call, never call back.
• Location: Within driving distance of Green Bay, WI
• Requirements: Board Certified or BE
• Pay: $1,200/day
