**Rheumatologist opening in Texas**
Located in Midland, TX
Service area of 300,000 people
115 miles south of Lubbock, TX
150 miles east of Abilene, TX

Full time, permanent opening
Hospital and Physicians Group are currently looking for a physician in the specialty of Rheumatologist to join their team.

Physician Group consists of 25 physicians & 12 APs

Hospital has over 450 medical staff with all sub-specialty support except pediatric sub-specialties

Patient Volume:
20 -30/day. The staff schedules so that these numbers can be met with a mix of new and follow-up visit patients. The practice could schedule 10-15 new referrals per day! There will not be ramp-up time needed to meet any productivity goals only for you to become used to the patients and the office flow.

Procedures:
Current in-office procedures are EMG, Nerve Conduction Studies, Injections and IV Infusions

- Outpatient only - perhaps 1-2 inpatient phone consults per month from our Hospitalist program
- Monday Thursday: 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch Friday: 8am-12pm 1pm-5pm (Administrative)
- No call

Compensation:
Employment through hysicians group with income guarantee from Hospital to support salary and incremental expenses for first two years. Bonus structure for productivity & quality goals
reached.

- Relocation: $15,000 reimbursable relocation expenses
- Paid CME (travel & CME fees)
- licensure expenses up to $5,000.
