The General Division of Internal Medicine seeks an outstanding Rheumatologist for a full-time assistant/associate professor faculty position. Up to 20% non-clinical, salaried time will be provided for scholarship and career development as well as a generous guarantee of clinical income during the practice-building stage. Job duties include inpatient and outpatient care management, participation in teaching activities with medical students and residents, as well as development and participation in research activities and involvement in hospital and university committees is encouraged. General requirements are M.D. degree, Board Certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine at time of hire, and successful completion of accredited rheumatology fellowship training program.
