Seeking BC/BE RHEUMATOLOGIST for practice in southwest Oregon to join 3 other rheumatologists and take over established practice of a retiring colleague. Single-specialty practice is 100% rheumatology and has been established for over 30 years. Practice owns its own in-house lab, infusion center, in-house billing, and digital X-ray equipment. Work four days a week with light call every 5th weekend and no general medicine call. Two hospitals in area.
The region boasts 4-season recreation, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Rogue River, Southern Oregon University, Britt Music Festival, vineyards and pear orchards. Jackson county is a popular tourist destination for West coast residents. Ashland is consistently rated one of the top 3 small towns to live in the nation.
Compensation: Guaranteed minimum salary of over $200,000 with potential compensation to be within the top 20% of national average, including a productivity bonus, with partnership considered after 2 years of employment.
