Family Medicine Program Director will have authority and accountability for the operation of the Family Medicine Residency program. Responsibilities include: oversight of quality of didactic and educational environment; evaluation and development of faculty; evaluation and development of residents; ensure program meets all requirements from the regulatory body (ACGME); participation in scholarly activity; supervise in the residency clinic; direct patient care. 1 FTE with .7 FTE dedicated to the residency program including administrative time and .3 FTE devoted to direct patient care.
