700k+ potential day one!

What a great opportunity to join an established U of L affiliated private practice. This independent Radiology group prides themselves with a great work/life balanced practice. They are looking for two well rounded Radiologists proficient in all modalities from mammo to basic procedures due to increased volume. This high producing group is based in a community hospital and services several outlying facilities. Work Monday – Friday from 8am - 5pm with 1:6/1:7 (evening and weekend) call from home until 10pm when nighthawk takes over (the group follow behind the prelims and catch up call at your convenience). The daily volume is 100-120 in an even mix of all modalities. If fellowship trained, they could use MSK, Body or Neuro and you could get 30% in your sub. An experienced Rad will be offered 500k plus productivity bonus and 1 year to partnership, a non-experienced Rad will be offered 400k plus productivity bonus and 2 years to partnership. Partners are earning in the very top %. 700k+ potential from day one – this is based off of productivity, the volume is available but you are not required to read this much but if you are an efficient reader and work hard, the group believes you should be compensated for it!
