The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center (OSUWMC) is currently seeking an Emergency Radiologist to join its Division of Emergency Radiology. The OSUWMC Department of Radiology offers a competitive salary enhanced with an attractive benefits package, including educational opportunities through The Ohio State University.

The responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to, providing interpretive and patient care services within the scope of Emergency Radiology. The incumbent will provide diagnostic interpretations of plain-film, fluoroscopic, ultrasound, CT, and MR imaging examinations across The Ohio State University system. Sites serviced include two emergency departments with trauma designation (levels 1 and 3), oncology emergency department and two urgent care centers with all studies to be read from the main campus. Clinical services will be performed primarily in a teaching setting with fellow, resident, or medical student observation and participation. The position offers excellent opportunities for advancement in all facets of Emergency Radiology, supported by the outstanding resources in the 155-person Department, including its world-class Laboratory for Augmented Intelligence in Imaging.

Our Department of Radiology is rapidly growing with expanded services at off-site imaging centers, renovations to our existing clinical spaces, and new spaces through the medical center strategic expansion project ($3+ Billion). The candidate would join a well-established Emergency Radiology Division, including 6 full time Emergency Radiologists, with the opportunity to work within a prominent radiology department and nationally renowned cancer program, committed to growth; uncompromising patient care, education and research; and our singular vision: to create the future of medicine, one patient, one discovery at a time.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Job Requirements

MD or DO; American Board of Radiology Certification. Must possess or be eligible for licensure in the State of Ohio. Fellowship training or extensive experience in Emergency Radiology desirable.
