Virginia’s Chesapeake Bay area seeks additional Rads!

Premier group of 45 Radiologists is seeking additional Radiologists. Open to both Partnership and employee positions. For partnership track positions salary will be competitive and call is as follows: week nights are covered by swing shift, hours are 3 pm until 10 pm. Weekend Call will be 1:4. All physicians receive a comprehensive benefit package. For Employed positions, vacation allotment is 8 weeks and it is 10 weeks for partnership track position. The IR’s get 12 weeks due to the extra call. Partnership track is in 12 months, first year income for a non-experienced rad is 85% of partners income and for experienced rad, first year income is 90% of partners income!

• Neurorad –80k sign on bonus! You will be joining 8 other Neuro trained rads. New hire can expect 50% Neuro with balance in general - average is 35 to 40 Cross Sectional per day. Hospital now has a Stroke Center and it is growing rapidly. Salary is will be competitive with increases each year until partnership.
• Breast Imager- 50k sign on bonus for full time. New hire will perform all facets of breast imaging including screening and diagnostic 3D mammography, breast ultrasound, and breast MRI. Stereotactic, ultrasound, and MRI guided procedures are performed daily. Localization procedures are performed using SaviScout technology. Part time and full time employee positions are available; no nights or call is required with these positions. For full time salary is 525k with 100k sign on bonus. Candidate can expect to spend the vast majority of time in breast imaging. No non-breast related IR procedures or fluoro required
• MSK- This position will be focused in MSK and the candidate will share in the general radiology workload. Mammography is not required. Depending on the candidate's skill set and comfort level, additional opportunities to read other specialties are available, but not required. You will work out of 1 hospital and 2 dedicated MRI centers. Strong referrals from three orthopedic groups with high percentage of MSK and Spine MRI. The ideal candidate would be able to perform basic musculoskeletal procedures such as arthrograms of small and large joints. If the candidate has a desire to perform additional procedures such as bone and soft tissue biopsies, ultrasound guided procedures, or spine work, they can be accommodated. An $80k Sign on bonus is being offered for this position!
• Body Imager- This position will be focused in body imaging and the candidate will share in the general radiology workload (No mammography required). You will work out of 1 hospital and 3 imaging centers. A new oncology center and we expect to see a large increase in the volume of oncology studies. The ideal candidate would be able to interpret body MRI/CT on a high level. The ability to read PET/CT and/or Cardiac CTA would be a plus. An $80k Sign on bonus is being offered for this position!
• IR – new hire will be working with 11 other IRs. With new oncology center recently opened, new hire can expect increase in volume! The ideal candidate would help expand existing interventional services and develop new services. Preferred candidates would be proficient in chemoembolization, uterine artery embolization, cryoablation, RF ablation, spine (pain management and vertebroplasty), and CT/US guided procedures. There is an opportunity to perform diagnostic services based on the candidate’s skill set and comfort level. An $80k Sign on bonus is being offered for this position!
